Rosala 2026
Csilla and Joonas are celebrating their marriage on September 12th in the Rosala Viking Centre. This page contains information about the event.
The event will not follow any standard wedding traditions. It's a day to spend time together with friends and family. Kids are welcome.
Location
The Viking Centre is located on the island of Rosala and is accessible by a ferry: https://rosala.fi/en/bilfarjan-ms-aurora/.
Schedule
12:00 — Day begins
14:00 — Organized activities
16:00 — Dinner
20:00 — Last ferry leaves
Let us know in the RSVP form if you are planning to stay longer but don't want to stay over. We will help contacting boat taxis to organize trips between Rosala and the mainland.
Staying over
There is a possibility to stay overnight in the long house in Rosala (shared sleeping space). Let us know in the RSVP form if you wish to stay overnight.
Dress code
Wear something comfortable and warm. You will spend most of your time outdoors or inside replicas of old Viking buildings. You will also participate in activities such as axe throwing.
Gifts
We are not expecting gifts, but if you wish to give one, we would appreciate a contribution to our honeymoon fund.
